Also converted to 140 mm, DebonAir on a A1. -2 angle headset. 2.35 Schwalbe Hand Damph infront and 2.35 Schwalbe Nobby Nic in the back. Got them for free and worked way better than the Ardents.
After the picture was taken both brake discs has been replaced with 203 mm. Which has been really nice.
A couple of cheap upgrades that made the bike better for what I'm riding (so I sold my 26" DH-bike). Inspired be this thread and that a new bike is far away. But buying bikes to the kids is also awesome!

pike is @ 130 debating a grip 2 36 i have spare and 140/angle set, but im pretty happy with it as it sits. I swapped to a 210 oneup dropper after the picture. It's completely slammed now. I'm also considering swapping the rear wheel to carbon or just something stiffer than the stock wtb. It's been rebuilt around a dt350 so it's decent in that regard at least.
Has anyone tried 27.5 wheels on their 111? I found out this was possible from connor fearon's slalom bike and i've been considering giving it a try. With a 130 fork the geo calc puts the BB around 320 so I may need shorter cranks. I would only be using it for groomed or paved flow/jump trails and dual slalom so maybe not even. Thoughts? His bike:

Sounds like a blast if you don't have to pedal through rock gardens! I had mine set up in the end with a 130 and slackset (1degree I think). Had a lot of fun on that bike.
