I finally got round to stripping and polishing these today, pretty happy with the results considering I only spent a couple of hours on them.

I polished my '97 Jackal by hand. Took me a few days, a lot of emery cloth, and a lot of cutting fluid and water. The result was awesome and well worth it though.
1997 Santa Cruz Jackal BMX done for now. New S amp M Race Bars. 21.86 lbs as pictured.

Pretty much any regular single ring size. Are you trying to go bigger than everyone else, or smaller?

Has anybody heard much on the Garbaruk cassettes? The 11 speed 11-46 or 11-48 looks pretty sweet at ~300g and $200usd. Construction is one-piece steel like XX1
