I have a 2014 SB66c Large and love it so I bought my girlfriend a 2012 SB66 small. Got the bike built up nicely and even did a custom paint job. Problem is the Fox Float RP23 that came with the frame has its compression damper shot so it doesnt really changed between decend and climb modes.

I found another user on here selling a 2014 Fox Float X with the CTD boost valve with tune ID CNJL for $120. This is the same shock that is on my SB66c and I love it. However I have a different tune than mine.

From Fox's website the CNJL indicates:
2014, FLOAT X F-S, CTD-Adj-K, Transition, Covert R - 2014, 8.500, 2.500, 0.9 Spacer, CF, RM, Climb M

Would this tune work okay on the Yeti SB66 small frame? My girlfriend is about 110 lbs.

Should I buy the float X? or go with servicing the RP23?
