Hello guys,

I need help with choosing a right bike. Anyway, I am buying used bicycle. I have come across Cannondale Flash for really great price. It is one with the Lefty Fork. I am not complete beginner since I have ride before but I need new bike now.

My problem is this: guy says that he is 185 cm high (6 feet). I am 180 cm (5.9 feet). Frame size of the bike is S. Guy says that it was okay for him. I am thinking now, is this possible? When I see frames size guide from Cannondale I should have L size of the bike. This S size of frame, will it fit me or I just better go and find another bike?

Thank you very much for the answer.

Technically you can ride any size bike if you really wanted to, but they make different sizes for a reason. I came to MTB from BMX and rode small frames until I ruined my knees by not being able to get the seat high enough.
