I got myself a G160rs 2 months ago.
After only 9 rides about 130 miles the rear hub fell a part when I took the back wheel out to clean the inside of the frame.
after getting hold of someone at Whyte they sent me out the upgrade parts to fix it.
I also told them that my wife has the same bike so they sent out 2 set's.
Only thing I can see that is different is the free hub (the date on the old one is 2016 & the date on the new one is 2017) Hopefully this one will last longer than 9 ride's 130 miles ???

Has anyone els had the same thing happen to them ??

yes had the same problem with it. 9 rides in from new the wheel bearings and free wheel fell apart. it was winter but was surprised
