Riders around Hameln-Paderborn

I'm in one of the villages (Lugde) in between these two for the next couples weeks with family and have a bike and gear but no clue as to the trails or areas. Anyone in the region who'd like to let me tag along or can at least point me to a competent bike shop to get some advise on where to go? Thanks in advance!
