Hi,

Heard there is some really good trails in Nicaragua (Near San Juan Del Sur)

Planing a trip that could do both MtnBiking and surfing.

Have you ever ride there? Or Heard of people going?

I was in Nicaragua last February and spent some time in San Juan del Sur. I didn't see any trails or mountain bikes there. All the land appeared to be privately owned so it might be pretty limited. When I was in Granada there was an xc race just wrapping up so there must be some riding that way.

But still a really nice trip

Yup. We rented a car for super cheap and drove all over. Highly recommend that or a motor bike. We never had an issue with the cops though.
