Could go DCD style. If home made that’s probably the simplest and most cost effective.

okay, so I just managed to make one that I think will work, It will definitely let the chain go through with no resistance and it seems to do quite a good job with deafening noise, I rode some street, stairs, and hucks and it isn't what I was hoping for, but I just moved the "device" closer to the chainrings.

It is basically just a little piece of wood, with 4 holes drilled into it, and then a little piece of like a flimsy plastic and rubber feeling pipe. 4 holes drilled into the tube, 2 on each side, and then zip tied on to the wood. The wood is then zip tied onto a cable on the underside of the chainstay. Thanks for all the help and suggestions, I'll let you guys know if it works.
