That dial is on there TTX 22 M air shock. But I think it might be in production in europe. If that was a prototype I doubt the guy would be letting you take a picutre that close

You mean the STX? TTX is coil, made in Sweden. The STX is air, and is, erm, made elsewhere.
I've not seen that silver dial on either of the current models.
