Hi All,

Travelling with 2 friends to Created Butte this summer, anyone know any good accommodation with reasonable rates for mountain bikers?

Stay in Gunnison rather than crested Butte if you're looking for hotels. There is plenty of camping above Crested Butte by Gothic, if that's more your style, but hotels in Crested Butte or the mountain are pretty pricey. You might be able to get a good deal on a condo on Airbnb..... cheapest options will be Gunnison however; which isn't a bad option, plenty of beer and pizza joints around town, Hartman rock trails are just south, and crested Butte itself is just 15-20 minutes north. There is even a bus that runs from Gunnison to the Butte.
