A little off topic but how do you guys store your goggles when you travel? Looking at a few goggle cases and I've narrowed it down to 2...

My helmet came with a helmet bag and a section for storing a pair of goggles or gloves. Works for me...

I can vouch for the 100% one I have one. Its bigger than you think but I manage to get like 4 pairs of goggles and sunglasses in mine. (minus the gopro thing) handy place to keep lenses and tearoffs as well. I suck a sucker for 100% stuff its why I have many pairs of their goggles.

Also its pretty strong as well I just throw it in the bottom of my bike bag with the rest of my bike clothes when travelling and nothing seems to happen to it.

You guys getting headache after 1-2 hours of wearing helmet?
I have pain at the side of the head, above ears.

I have Giro Cipher and it is a snug fit.
I would say it is as it should be.
Maybe it is my head shape thats causing issue.

Anyway, anyone solved same issue with smaller sheek pads? (giro cipher has 3 sizes of cheek pads for each helmet size)

Headaches are NOT normal. My helmet is a snug fit but I could wear it the whole day no problem.

I'm about to buy a 100% aircraft helmet online, the first gen. My head is 58cm.

100% Aircraft suggest this sizing.

Medium: 57-58cm
Large: 59-60cm

I can't try the helmet but I did try the Fox Rampage Carbon and they have the same size chart. The Medium was the best fit for me. The large wasn't bad but I didn't felt it was the right one. On the TLD D3, I tried the medium and it was wayyyyy to tight.

Do you guys know if it is true to size helmet or it's definitely tighter? I am reading a lot of mixed feelings on the size. Thanks!

I was in the same boat, I went from a medium Specialized Dissident to a large Aircraft MIPS. I tried on a medium D3 and it felt way too tight as well.

100% uses two different helmet shell sizes: S/M is the smaller shell, L/XL the larger shell. The medium, despite being just one size smaller than the large, feels TOTALLY different due to this. When I tried on a medium, the cheek pads were basically smashing into my earlobes. The large fits like a dream however.

I'd get a large if the medium D3 was too tight. Also I'd recommend buying from a retailer that offers free returns for any expensive item that has different sizes.
