Was riding for a year was coming along very well started keeping up with a group of boys who had been riding for years then I had an operation on my knee (ACL reconstruction) it’s 8 months post op now started riding my bike a month ago again but since I jumped back on the bike I have no confidence and I am constantly nervous. I’ve fallen off twice hard thought that would have my confidence coming out unscathed but I’m still terrified any tips from anyone would be appreciated

How about knee pads? At least if you do fall it won't be as bad. Also just relax and try to have fun. It'll come back quickly

My friend, the same thing happened to me get you a hinged knee brace if you take a fall the knee brace will take the impact not your knee! You will get your confidence back in no time.

Does anyone in this chat know where I can find an ADAPTER Ø 19MM SPINDLE CRANK TO Threaded 30 bottom bracket 68/73MM. Or a threaded bottom bracket to fit a 73mm 19mm spindle.
