download trailforks, or go into a shop and buy a north shore trail guide, and talk to the guys/girls working...if they sell bikes, they probably ride em too. depends on what you like to ride. fromme is all mountain, variety and easy to navigate trail system. cypress is steep, and loose...more dh and quite rugged in spots. seymour has a bit of both. lots of hidden gems everywhere too.i like books, they never run out of batteries or loose service.
