I've been running a somewhat too wide tire on the rear of my SB5c (ok just flat too wide) and it's put some grooves in the chain and seat stays. It's looking like I'd better repair/patch them or replace the rear triangle all together...I'm wondering if anybody would know, is it possible to swap the most recent version (2017+?) onto a 2015 frame? It would get me slightly shorter chain stays, and boost spacing so I could properly run a wider tire. ad idea, just use the original one, won't ride right, screw up geometry, yadda yadda, I know those are all possible, but will it bolt on? Haven't called Yeti yet, though I'm sure their response from a liability standpoint would be no, no, hell no, we won't sell you one to do that etc, so what say you guys?
