Strava activities in sync queue

Several of my rides from the past couple weeks have not imported from Strava. When looking at my ride log it says "You have 7 strava activities in the sync queue." These rides have been in the "queue" for more than a week now and not sure why they haven't imported. I've recorded a couple rides since then and they imported by the next day.

Also, not sure why, but I have to "Bulk Import Past Strava" after every ride. The auto import doesn't seem to ever import Strava activities. Any suggestions to fix this or insight into why my rides aren't importing are greatly appreciated.

We had a big spike in Strava import usage and a large queue formed with 13,000 activities. I've made some tweaks and over the past week+ the queue has been worked through. Its down to 203 items now. So importing should be back to normal now.
