Got the chance to buy a bike that the shop said was just used couple of times as demo. Max 100km ridden.

It is spark 920 and they give me a 25%discount.

What should I check in order to be sure that it is as new and pristine as they say?

Scratches at the fork and rear shock stanchions, Squeaking noise, brakes condition.. twinloc working properly.
