Big routing problem

I'm used to routing/planning services like dynamic.watch, GPSies and more. They use OpenStreetMap and Graphhopper for routing and it works great. When trying to plan a route in Trailforks a lot of paths are missing in the map and can't be routed. Which service is used for routing and can't Trailforks use the same service as GPSies?
