How long did you wait for a new frame?
Bit worried for the size I want going out of stock but I guess they will restock at some time? I've not see the same cracking on the newer frames so hope they have sorted that from 2020

Tell me, the first warrantied frame was free I guess but you had to pay for the 2nd warranty ? Did both frames cracked at the headtube like mine ?

Just curious, are you guys with cracked frames doing serious jumps and drops etc or just "normal" enduro trails stuff?
Second warranty frame comming soon, still free no crash replacement fee or else. And yeah I use and abuse the bike. Stiff af suspension, singlespeed and barspin ready, I mainly ride big ramps and slopestyle / freeride jumps, tricks jumps and drops. I never used the bike as an enduro. And 2/3 weeks of bikepark each summer wich really kills the bike.

What went wrong with the first two frames?
First one was a 2020 frame and there was a reocuring problem with the bearing on the rear wheel axle, second one is a 2021 and it chracked inside the headtube/ downtube junction.

Damn shame the 2021 cracked I'm hoping if I need a new frame it'll be alright. Scraped the paint off where it was cracked and it's not obvious underneath so maybe bad paint and frame flex... Time will tell if I die or not
Hey all .... quick commencal Clash question even though it's not clash specific.
On my Clash it didn't come with Pedal washers in the box and the Deftraps don't come with them either. Should I still run some even tho I'll probably be running the same pedals for the next 3-4 years? The pedals are Deity Deftraps and don't seem rough on the cranks interface.

Thanks
I'd use washers just in case. I got some from my local bike shop when I got some saint cranks that didn't come with washers.
So I finally pulled the trigger on a fidlock. I dont like using camelbacks or backpacks while riding, and I didnt want to use the downtube mount. Just picky aesthetic things lol It stayed put, and didn't get in the way while pedaling p.s the reason the shock is backwards is because I thought I could squeeze this 600ml into the front triangle, and couldn't, and was too lazy to put it back
