Hey there so I ride a Trek Session 7 with an upgraded dual crown front end suspension rockshock boxer team and I'm looking at upgrading the rear suspension. it is in need of desperate service at the cost of about $200 I feel like my money might be better spent on new suspension has anybody upgraded or swapped out the stock suspention of so what what's a solid coil suspention I'm 230lbs
