I have my own business and currently I'm trying to keep track of clients, volunteers, donors, fundraising efforts. Growing to 10 employees. I honestly have little knowledge of what CRMs even offer but keep hearing we need one. Don't know where to start.
Any recommendations for choosing a CRM (Customer Relationship Management)?

Depends what you’re using it for, complexity and budget. I think CRM has been one of the most productive and useful tools for business. There are many CRMs to choose from, but I prefer Salesforce CRM. It's the golden standart of CRM. It helps me streamline many facets of my business. I cooperate with specialists from KeyNodeSolutions at https://www.keynodesolutions.com who help me to explore Salesforce and implement best practices into my business.

I think CRM should also include features that will help you increase sales and execute more effective marketing campaigns. It's a tools for the lead management and sales, marketing, e-commerce, reports/dashboards, call center, workflows/approvals, accounting (some tasks can be performed on third-party resources, for example, here assignment.essayshark.com/accounting-help.html and here waveapps.com/accounting). All of these components are selected based on your business size, needs and how much all these processes will be simplified.
