Hey! So I have been riding BMX for a few years now and have had a few trips to a bike park for some DH. I have been wanting to move toward a DH bike but that's a little way down the road. I am trying to decide between getting a DJ bike just to hit sets and kinda get more control over a bigger tire or should I go more towards a Slopestyle bike that way I can still hit some trails. The main goal is still being able to trick the bike so I don't feel like a trail bike would be the fit. ANY INFORMATION WOULD BE HELPFUL THANKS!!

I got the DJ hardtail & ride it on trails. But either way is good. You could always get a DH bike now if that’s what you are going for. I couldn’t afford anything that would take the abuse except a dj hardtail back in the day, so that’s what I got. (Tried to ride an xc hardtail down blue runs @ the bike Park but I wrecked too much) Slopestyle was just starting up back then. Isn’t slopestyle more gravity-oriented anyway? Be like Nyquist & get into the Slopestyle!
