Stuck SRAM Gx rear derailleur

I just Bought the above listed derailleur and the lower arm will not move. There is a small
allan bolt that I assume needs to be removed but I canNot seem to get a good angle on this thing. Any ideas?

You shouldnt need to remove any allen screw to get it to move. Post a picture if you can.

Sorry, dumb question, but you haven't accidentally activated the cage lock feature have you? (No offence intended). Pictures would help us to help you.
