Looking for a good trail shovel, something that can fit on my backpack or camel back with out hitting my tire or helmet, but also big enough to efficiently make lips and fix shit?

Have a look at their detachable system

Even the shovel component by itself is quite on the expensive side. Alternatively the cheaper military foldable shovels is what you've described, but it can't handle the heavy usage of lip slapping action... and just get bent/loose.

I have been looking for such a thing for ages. trailboss was always teh dream but way past my budget esp. becaus i would need it for a bigger crew. i tried to use foldable tools from army pioneers but i was never happy. currently i am just trying tooptimize my tool carrying systems for proper tools. i have come to dislike anything other than a solid handle.

though i had a chance to work with trailboss tool. they really are great. if you have the money go for it.

How about something like this

I've seen better quality ones in Hardware stores but might do?

I use an avalanche shovel like : https://www.absolute-snow.co.uk/V/Ortovox_Badger_Avalanche_Snow_Shovel_1_Size_Safety_Blue-(150090)

Lots of choice, not too pricey. The one I have even has a mini pick axe head as the handle.

The Austrian army (maybe others too) has exactly that type of shovel. They are well-made and really cheap to buy second-hand.

This is what they look like: https://www.google.com/search?q=bundesheer+klappspaten&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwi0hvLshrbgAhWGUlAKHW1GB9IQ_AUIDigB&biw=1920&bih=963#imgrc=_

Don't get one of those small folding spades. It won't last five minutes.

The others from Screwfix that DKCove posted could be ok, or just hide full size tools there, if its somewhere you're at often.
