Marzocchi transfer dropper post failure

Hi everyone,
Just wanted to share my experience with the rebadged Fox transfer dropper post. Got the Marzocchi internal post on a good deal from bike-components.de and installed it on my trail bike. After reading great reviews about the transfer post and since the Marzocchi is basically the same product i pulled the trigger with no hesitation...Until the fourth ride on my bike. Out on the trails i noticed that the post wouldn't extend fully and after close inspection (at home) there was oil under the bb area...I then knew for sure the post was leaking oil..
Very dissapointed, i had big hopes on this post..Now im waiting for a reply from both Marzocchi and bike-components to deal with the issue. However, if they offer me a new one im not sure id want it! What if that one fails too? Im considering paying a bit more and get a bike yoke revive. Anyone else in here have had the same issue with their transfer post?

Is it the old or new model?

I believe the new one is *much* more reliable.

I believe so. I may be mistaken.
