Wrong fitted crown race or what?

Hey guys, I bought new fork Fox Talas 32 and new crown race for it. I fitted the crown race with the mallet. I was very careful and checked it. So I get in bike it was working nice but. If you turn the bars to the lift side like straight 90° from frame to the left. It stiffens little bit. You can feel it when youre slowly turning. I checked the crown race and its fitted normal. I dont really know can you help me please?

is it possible at 90degeers you"re pulling on A cable or housing ? It's not like you"ll turn 90 degrees on the trails

So if there's no excessive play I wouldn't sweat it
