What year JR Ts?

Changing the oil out on most Marz forks, including the JR T is dead simple. Just undo the top caps, drain the old sludge out, and replace with the correct volume of fresh oil.
You can find oil amounts for each year on the marzocchi website.

Isn't one leg compression and the other rebound damping? If you like the rebound stick to the 7wt (I think that's what's stock). In the compression side go 10wt. You can also probably add a couple millimeters more oil height to get a ramp-up to the spring rate at the end of the stroke.

Just use some motor oil probaly 10w40 or 30 it is way smoother than Fork oil.
