2016 intense m16 dropper post size and routing

Hi, new here. Building a bike for the first time and don't want to mess up the parts order. I have a m16a large frame coming out and not sure if all droppers are universal for fitting purposes. Looking at a marzocchi in different sizes. 31.6x411/125 or 31.6x461/150 Also, what would work best internal or external collar routing. Thanks Josh
