I recently got an intense carbine. When I was putting it together I noticed that the brake rotor hits the caliper when I tighten the axel on the front wheel. I tried adjusting the calipers but that did not work. Is there an easy way to fix this?

What brake caliper/disc/fork/hub combo do you have? Some combo set ups are known to cause this.

Loosen all caliper bolts, assemble wheel, hold brake lever tightly, tighten caliper bolts. If it still doesn’t work there is some issue with the offset...could be cause by the wrong caliper adaptor (if you are using one), wrong width hub...etc. post some pictures and we can help diagnose

Might have the wrong post mount adapter or need one.
