Hi all. New to the forum. Here's a pick of my Farley. Now off to peruse cage mount threads. Been contemplating the BarYak and B-Rad options. Cheers.

Traded my Poseidon Redwood for a 2017 SE Bikes F@R.

photo

Already installed the following:

10-speed Microshift ADVENT X 11-48t (with clutched rear derailleur) - Not Pictured
OneUp Components Comp pedals
WTB Koda saddle (wide)
Crank Brothers Cobalt 3 seatpost
Wolf Tooth seatpost clamp
Wolf Tooth headset spacers
Spank Spoon bars, stem and grips
Hope Grip Doctor bar end plugs
Avid G2 Clean Sweep rotors (upgraded the front to a 180mm, the adapter will arrive later today) - Not Pictured

The following parts should arrive in the next day or two:

Race Face Ride Cinch crankset with 28t RF round steel chainring
IRD Scramjet BB
KMC X10 chain
Wolf Tooth B-RAD 3 so I can still have a water bottle under my Apidura Expedition frame pack

I plan on having my LBS do a brake fluid service and tubeless setup in the next week or two as well.

Looking good Salute Let us know how the Advent X stacks up to Shimano and SRAM.

My Redwood had the ADVENT X drivetrain on it, so I have about 7 months of experience with it and zero complaints.

I liked it so much that I bought the 9-speed version (11-46t) for my GT Karakoram gravel build.

The frame and fork are essentially a rebadged Fuji Wendigo, and with all the upgrades that have been done literally within the last two weeks I have had ZERO issues on the trails (John Muir, New Fane and Heritage Trails all within the last week).

I actually just listed the F@R for sale because I've randomly decided that I want a Surly Ice Cream Truck.

There have been rumors of it’s return. Haven’t seen any evidence though.

@Staktup: It’s 26”.
