So I’m looking at this Kona Operator 2011, really good price, okay parts on there, only thing is that it has a dent where the fork hit the top tube. I am not sure how severe that is to the funcionality and safety so can you guys tell me your opinions?

I don't think the frame is structurally compromised by the dent.
