Help! Need to fix ironhorse sunday!

I have a 2008 ironhorse sunday team, i have huge plays in the shock mounts. Don't know if it is the DU bushings or the bolt that go through the DU bushing. I don't know if i could still fix that since ironhorse is not longer around... Please help!

Contact Avalanche suspensions... when i rebuilt my 5th element rear shock, It came with new teflon inserts that go in the pivot and it rides like new.

Go on the ridemonkey donwhill forum and search for the IH Sunday thread. It's the biggest accumulation of knowledge on the Sunday on the entire internet.
Also there are a bunch of pretty knowledgeable people there who know a lot about that frame. If you can't get help there, you won't find it anywhere else.

firstly, check that all your linkage bolts are tight
if theres a knock coming from the frame when you lift it by the seat, that's usually the DU bushings/hardware or a combination of the two. replacements are relatively inexpensive
