Bought a Hightower from rafaelogra. Took over three weeks to get the bike. When it arrived it had a different tire than advertised in the ad. All the bolts were rusted and the saddle rails are so pitted and rusted it looks like the bike has been under water for a year. None of this was disclosed. I contacted him and he promised a partial refund. He has since been ignoring my messages for two weeks. Made a claim with PayPal. Watch out for this guy!
