Unless I'm missing something there's no place to talk about the don on here, which seems crazy.

If you ride the don, post up!

Love the Don! It's probably Toronto's most redeeming feature!

That and Jetfuel coffee are what keep me sane.

I love the Don. It's often part of my daily commute.

I love that there are virtually no signs, but that it follows the natural features so well that it is still very easy to navigate.

I've lived here for years but there are still trails in the Don that I have only ridden a handful of times.

We need to get a PB group ride going.

I feel like this thread should have been posted in the Canada-East section..
Either way I'll be checking in on it looking for that group ride/tour

We're not really east not really west, but if I say we're the centre I'll get yelled at. The Don is also a weird and unique place as it's urban forest riding. Trying to lump in with beautiful and rocky Quebec seems ridiculous, too, haha. We jumping shopping carts over here!

Totally. There's virtually no PB community for the don, but facebook and RidingFeelsGood.com have lots of action, although I hate both those places.

RFG moves at dial up speeds so I get bored waiting for the page to load, haha. It's also heavily monitored.

Fakebook can just suck it.

Mainly, I'm just here everyday so don't wanna be cruising multiple sites.

I noticed it's slow.

I was going to start a new thread topic but since you guys mentioned it in the hardtail forum I figured I would just ask you guys..
Any tips or advice for a noob going to check our joyride for his first time? I have to go to Markham so figured I'd check it out. I have a few questions and hesitations though. Is it mostly suited to BMX? Would my 27.5 stylus with nobby theres be okay? Or should I take my 26" Trans Am with DJ tires?
Is the place usually super busy?
I have a few more questions but I'll start there haha

It's defiantly more suited for a DJ or BMX, take ur trans am would probably work a little better for the pump track and box jumps. It's usually pretty busy on weekends but during the week it's often pretty empty. I'm often at joyride so feel free to ask any more questions.
