Ride 9 play

Having just got a brand new altitude carbon 70, have noticed some play in the ride 9 chips, they move about 0.5mm - 1mm.

This makes the rear of the bike quite noisey on descents.

Anybody suffer this problem ?

I have read the thread about the difficulty in adjusting the ride 9 on the 2018 altitude but mine is super easy Cry

hmmmm, not sure its meant to have any play.

to be honest I haven't checked mine.... or changed it since owning my altitude!

Might be worth talking to your local dealer or giving RM an email or call.

You should be able to get warranty replacements through the shop. Did you get them yet?
