Can I use a "plowshare" (... of sorts)

full disclosure: I'm a rather lazy bastard so I thought to myself 'could I make myself a plowshare and drag it behind a fatbike to create a narrow singletrail?'

Now I like trails to be really narrow and as little "built" as possible anyway so ideally I only want a narrow track, nothing more. Also erosion should be down to a minimum since where I live there are next to no mountainbikers and certainly not the singletrack rider type.

There is of course not just the lazyness aspect but also it's the most inconspicuous and least intrusive way to go about trailbuilding (in my mind at least) and since around here all trailbuilding (or indeed biking where not explicitely allowed) is illegal that would make sense.

I've seen a similar way of trailbuilding, albeit for fatbikes, where some guys just mounted some sort of sled to a ski-doo but I've never actually seen or heard of anyone doing this for dirt singletrack.

Any experience or thoughts will be appreciated!
