Factory recommendations only give you a shock pressure for rider weight recommendation.

After over 7 months on the Bronson 3 and around 1700km, I can now say that I've found my base shock tune.
Keep in mind my local trails are flat to very steep, couple of roots, some g-outs, almost no rocks and no fluffy loam :-(
I set it to
30% SAG
Rebound 5 Clicks out
LSC 5 Clicks out.

I mainly play with the LSC depending on the conditions. Up to 2 Clicks in for bike park or when the legs are feeling extra agile and up to 2 clicks out when I need the extra traction and just want to get home.
Rebound is one more click in or out depending on the day.

And I ride 2.5" WT Maxxis Tires and the flip chip is in the low position.

The best option imho is get every clicks in the half way between open and close, find nice trail (that You ride most) and try to click + and -
Most people have differend tunes Smile
