Hey there.

Does anyone have any experience, positive or negative, using compression socks for cycling? The advertised increase in blood flow and less leg fatigue is intriguing.

I use recovery compression socks after big rides or intensive interval sessions. I can't say definitively that they improve recovery but subjectively they feel good, comfortable, and I seem to get less tight or sore and suffer less leg cramps post ride. Again this is subjective and the scientific evidence of actual benefits is inconclusive.

I used to use them for a number of years playing hockey and I thought they were helpful, reducing muscle fatigue, cramps, and I seemed to recover quicker. I never used them for cycling as I don’t really want to ride in knee highs, but that’s just me.
