Help! bb removal & which bb for my 2016 carbon demo S-works?

Need to swap my bb bearings on my 16 demo carbon since they are notchy.
I'm getting confused with BB30, PF30, OSBB....

I've removed press fit bearings before, but is there anything "weird" about the demo? I read about the sleeve that is epoxy in the BB shell...but I want to leave that alone.

Do I have to pop out the cups IN ADDITION to the bearings?
I believe these are 2 separate items based on the manual.

Cant I just gently hammer out the bearings with the Park bb30 tool?

Also...
Any recommendations where to get 2 new bearings...and the proper sizes?

set up:
Shimano Saint cranks using the 24mm adapters (non 30mm spindle)
