New trail building group needs help with legal and environmental studies

Hey there, greetings from Volcano Villarrica and Pucón South Chile!

We are setting up a trail building group from scratch and I am looking to find people or groups that could help me with some information.

Our terrain is a mixture of private and public land managed by a government department. We want to put together a project to show what could be done regards to a trail network and the impact that would have on the land and wider community.

I need to find case studies showing successful collaborations between private, public and trail building groups; studies of environmental impact of trails and their use; examples of successful bike parks and their impact on the community, both social and financial, best practices, etc.

Can anyone please recommend any group or expert that might be able to help me in my investigation please?
