Has anyone heard of syndicate industries?

So a while back I bought this bike off a friend. And I can't find out anything about the maker of the frame...
I've done some digging and found their twitter and at some point they must have had a facebook page considering they linked it plenty. And they HAD a website sadly i t doesn't seem to be active. They appear to be mostly based out of British Columbia, Canada. If you know anything or have any insight let me know. Heres a google photos link where you can check out the bike.
