Where to ride in April on the east coast?

Looking to head down in the U.S to get some riding in while all this snow is still melting up here

any particular trails that are open near the borders? New Hampshire? Maine? Massachusetts?

I can't speak for the states that you mention, but the riding in the western Virginia and western North Carolina is pretty stellar right now.

I ride in East Tennessee and Western North Carolina and it's been nice, also have a couple of bike parks that are open year round (Bailey and Windrock).

I ran into some of your Molson swigging Tim Horton's craving brethren riding in Pa last weekend. I could hear the "eh's" and excessive references to "hawckey" from some ways away and smell of poutine on the trails was staggering... ;-)

Actually I'm kidding, they were frenchy canadians, cool dudes, but couldn't resist tossing out some Canadian stereotypes, eh?
