Hi Guys!

I write from Italy I have some problems with my Recluse Frame, i tryed to submit a warranty claim, contact support by phone but here in Europe is managed by a Spanish company than never answer to e-mail, phone calls or whatever. Please can you give some contact of US Intense?
P.S.: via internet in can't access to intense us... i'm directly redirected to eu site.

at the end of games the warranty system not register correctly warranty claims. After some calls and e-mails Intense said "I'm sorry we haven't any claim from you please send us a mail with same attachments and infos"
