Hi all I'm building a 2015 RDO up from scratch. currently it does not have a rear shock and I'm trying to upgrade to some newer technology if possible but I've seen on a few different threads were people so the newer shocks won't fit because they hit the seat tube. Does anyone have experience with running an Evol shock or maybe a monarch rt3? has anyone used offset bushings to move the shock away from the seat tube to create a little bit more clearance? Any help or advice would be great.

Thanks
Kris

I had the 2016 RIP 9 Carbon and tried to mount a RC3 monarch plus. The cannister fouls on the down tube though near full travel so i wasted a lot of money there. I was then told I could mount the DPX2 into it safely. i then decided to upgrade to the Jet 9 with DPX2 and factory 34's (far better bike then the earlier RIP) and now just gone to the MY19 RIP. Which is better again.
