Arizona SB 1070 is out man. After a number of lawsuits, they got rid of most of the legal racial profiling bits. There are still appeals trying to get it reinstated. Lets hope that doesn't happen. And personally, I think a BMX specific park is a decent idea. I dont mind sharing a park with skaters one bit, But if kids on bikes are gonna get thrown out of parks for being on a bike, there should be a bike specific park.

word on that shit getting tossed out... I personally would avoid a bike specific park and only go ride it in the early morning so I wouldn't have to deal with kids on bikes. I also imagine that the park is mostly tranny which I'm not so down with I need at least a fair share of street type shit

thats sweet and all, it sounds like arizona just needs better insurance so that bikes and skateboards can be in the same park. A few years back in Ottawa bmxers got a new park built (legacy) and it was no bikes originally due to insurance. With a lot of hard work they were able to get it overturned by finding the city a better insurance company to cover the park for all activities.

yea i didnt think it was about that though, cause i mean people eat it hard on skate boards aswell, but i thought it was because it was just dangerous just having skaters and bikers in the same park.
