Hi everyone, I was looking for some advice. I would like to start trails but I have never done it before.

I don’t want to spend stupid money on a full sus bike incase I don’t like it. Would i be okay with a half decent hard tail?

Also what are people’s thoughts on jump bikes?

Hey dude! I can for sure help you. If you haven't ridden alot a decent hardtail will for sure do the job. The trails are a bit trial and error depending on terrain. Something I do is just ride your bike where you want the trail to go and then go back and fix up the area with rakes and whatever to make it nice. Go about 20 yds at a time then ride and turn to find smooth paths around trees
