Specialized Pivot. 53 mile road event. What tyres??

Hello. Some friends and I have entered the London to Brighton bike ride for next month. I’m doing it on my Specialized Pivot. The tyres I have on at the moment are 27.5 x 2.3 - can someone recommend some tyres for minimal resistance that I can switch to on the day please? Also, will I need to get new inner tubes? Thanks in advance.
