Lost/stolen bike

Help please! Somehow, my Norco Sight, black with blue/green writing came detached from my rack on I-90 in Washington, Fall City area. Fortunately, it didn’t cause any accidents. Troopers were told it was pulled to shoulder east of milepost 21, but it seems someone grabbed it. If anyone knows anything about it, I would be so grateful to have it back.
