Will be staying in King's Beach next week, riding Northstar one day, but looking for suggestions for two more days of riding. One day preferably around the north side of Lake Tahoe and another longer day on the south side. Tahoe Rim Trail? I'll be riding a SC Nomad and would love more technical oriented riding. Not afraid of climbing.

Thanks in advance.

Trailforks is a great resource in this area. There is still plenty of snow on the trails. Can be hard to see where the trail comes out at the other end. There is a decent physical lake tahoe trail map with most of the famous rides on it. pretty sure they sell it at the sports shop next to rite aid.

if you want a trail name - Tyrolean DH - do a couple of laps for sure. Shuttle. don’t bother cloning the road.
