2.6 tyre width on hope tech dh

About to order a magic mary dh casing for my hope tech dh rims. I normally order 2.35 but does anyone know if the 2.6 works well with this rim. I have been told that theres not much difference between them in the real world.

your rim is 28mm wide. it would be able to accommodate a 2.6 just fine. Cannot comment on the real world difference of 2.35 vs 2.6, but I am gonna guess that its wider Smile

Light Bicycle has a pretty good chart on their website that shows optimal rim IW and tire size compatibility. But as cmcrawfo said, you should be fine with a 28mm rim. I also agree that it is probably wider and the knobs may also be bigger.
