So, I'm going to be in the area this weekend I'm looking to ride, it looks like both places offer mountain biking but maybe perhaps only the Highlands offers Lift service, is that correct?
Anything else worth checking out ?

Boyne Highlands has a bikepark with built features and some DH style runs with LIFT service. Boyne mountain has cross country trails. There are also some fun trails in Boyne City at Avalanche preserve, there are some fun downhill runs with bermed corners and some table tops. Check out TOMMBA for trail info.
I live and ride in the boyne city area and highlands is a super fun park if you're into going fast downhill.
